Journal Club – Òdena Wildfire

A Journal Club is a regular meeting of a group of people interested in discussing a particular topic.
The Fire Ecology and Management Foundation Pau Costa Alcubierre (FPC) eventually organizes Journal Clubs to promote knowledge among expert groups and society at large. On September 5th will take place a field conference about Òdena Wildfire where all topics concerning the forest fire occurred in July in the Anoia-Bages area will be discussed and analysed. The event is open to all types of participants with the aim to foster a serene, pluralistic and free debate.
The actions conducted under the LIFE Montserrat project and their role and effectiveness in preventing wildfires will be among the discussion topics in debate.
